Individualized resistance training delivered through our dedicated app with direct messaging support and habits tracking outside of our in-person sessions. Every session is designed around your goals, your body, and your vision—with ongoing accountability and programming support between sessions.

COMMITMENT & SCHEDULING
- Minimum 6-month training commitment
- We establish mutually aligned time slots for consistent scheduling
- All sessions scheduled with automated invites via Google Calendar
- Monthly invoicing with ongoing slot retention unless schedule changes requested

- Video form analysis with personalized execution feedback

DEXA BODY COMPOSITION SCANS
Precise body composition tracking at 6-month intervals throughout your collaboration. See exactly how your fat mass, lean mass, and bone density change—no guesswork. Scans billed separately (approximately $165/scan, location-specific).
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full charge applies for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, no exceptions
- Session continuity—established time slots maintained weekly unless changes requested

Investment is $600/month + applicable GST and processing fees, with a 6-month minimum commitment.
