My training philosophy emphasizes purposeful movement, efficient techniques, high effort level and execution training, intentional nutrition, and building confidence through measurable progress. This journey transcends aesthetics or performance metrics—it's about building mental and physical resilience, embracing radical personal responsibility, and living in alignment with your highest potential. Having trained athletes across many disciplines and ages—from 4 to 71—my experience allows me to tailor my coaching to the needs of any athlete. I bring over 2000+ hours of coaching experience working with elite athletes (CrossFit Games athletes, powerlifting competitors, Ironman competitors, marathon runners, ex-Olympians, World Master IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship competitors, special forces, dragon boat paddlers, cheerleaders, figure skaters, ballet dancers), CEOs, elite sports organizations alongside Team Canada coaches and athletes, and fellow fitness coaches.

My varied clientele has contributed to my ability to assess a wide and diverse range of bodies and their mechanics. My expertise spans both multidisciplinary teams and personalized one-on-one training, designing strength and conditioning programs aligned with specific objectives for peak performance.

Committed to maximizing athletic potential through significant investments in advanced training and education. This includes one-on-one mentorship with coaches across multiple disciplines—IFBB professionals, record-holding powerlifters, Olympic lifters, and elite CrossFit athletes—enabling me to deliver advanced programming and refined coaching systems designed to accelerate client results.

Leading The Way

I have competed at both national and international levels—nationally in bikini competition after winning Overall at Vancouver Island Showdown in Victoria in 2024, and internationally in cheerleading. These competition experiences have shaped my deep understanding of athletic performance and the remarkable degree to which we can optimize and fine-tune body composition through disciplined training and nutrition.

Currently training for my IFBB pro card while maintaining far above average strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall diverse and functional fitness is my goal. I strive to live the lifestyle I teach to the fullest extent possible daily. This personal experience provides invaluable insight into physique development, contest preparation, athletic pursuit, and the mental resilience required for transformation.

It is my promise to always walk the talk—keeping average performance and personal existence as the enemy to the greatest degree possible. My commitment to excellence is reflected in measurable results --- I am leaner than 93.3% of same-age/ethnicity women, have lower FMI (fat mass index) than 78.8%, have higher ALMI (appendicular lean mass index - functional muscle mass in legs and arms relative to height) than 90.3%, have higher total lean mass than 90.3%, and have better bone mineral density than 99.2% of same-age/ethnicity women (DEXA scan 2025). These metrics represent more than numbers—they demonstrate the tangible outcomes possible when we refuse to settle for average.
